Shipping & Returns
STANDARD Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns, less shipping charges on unworn merchandise within 14 days. We will refund according to original payment unless store credit is preferred in which case must be specified in return notes. This does not include custom made orders, as these are specially made just for you and are non-refundable. Should there be a problem with the order such as damage or wrong item received please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If You are doing an EXCHANGE ONLY We will accept these up to 30 days.

Shipping
In stock merchandise will be shipped out within 4-5 business days after receiving payment. If you are ordering custom made pieces these can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. (*please see item descriptions for more details)
Shipping method is USPS with tracking. If we are shipping within the United States your package will usually arrive within 3-5 days after package has been physically shipped from our location, unless there is a problem with the carrier which is out of our control.
**International shipping is available and shipping times will vary. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves our destination, but will gladly help locate the package or contact the local USPS if necessary. Nor are we responsible for any taxes/duties that may occur with shipping Internationally.
